Muay Thai Fundamentals
Our Muay Thai Fundamentals class is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to improve their basic skills while getting a great workout. Start your journey with a FREE trial today!
All Levels Muay Thai
Our All Levels Muay Thai classes welcome all experience levels and focus on partner pad-work, technique, conditioning, and skill development with guidance from our expert coaches.
Youth Muay Thai
Our Youth Muay Thai classes for ages 5–12 help kids build confidence, fitness, discipline, and resilience while learning the art of eight limbs in a supportive environment.
Bag Class
A high-paced, heavy-bag workout designed purely for cardio and conditioning. Hit the bags, sweat it out, and get a good workout in a fast 45 minutes. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Weekly Woman's Workshop!
Our All Women’s Class takes place on Thursdays at 10:00 A.M. Beginners and non-members are welcome. Train in a supportive, empowering environment at Elite Kickboxing Gym.
Extra Credit
Our "extra credit" classes are open to members who are looking to compete or just looking to expand their limits and knowledge.
